Bile Hospitality — pronounced Baal — was incorporated in 2018 to consolidate the group’s hospitality operations under one disciplined holding entity.

Today the group operates an events arm and develops three new venues across nightlife and lifestyle — with a fourth, by-invitation concept reserved for 2030.
